Turnkey Opportunity of PET Plastics Bottle Recycling Facility

Such is the case with the turnkey opportunity for the world's largest Plastic Bottle-to-Bottle Recycling Complex, which was formerly of Coca-Cola.  This unique offering is for a complete, FDA-approved PET bottle sorting, washing, and recycling plant.  It includes the more than 100,000 square foot facility that consists of two buildings on 35 acres, with a capacity of 7.2 million lbs. of input per month.

The turnkey facility is ready to go into immediate production and has a 2 million lbs. silo capacity.  In addition all of the equipment was installed in 2008. Inventory items include:


·         Sorting line of positive TiTech optical sorters and Bollegraaf conveyors

·         Grinding systems of Herbold granulators

·         Clear and colored caustic wash lines with dry and wet cleaning station

·         Caustic/PET flake application line producing 3.5 million lbs. of clear flake for bottle-to-bottle material.
