With several on site auctions happening over the next couple of weeks, we thought we would take a moment to remind future bidders of the excitement and action that takes place at one of our live auctions. At Rabin we know that for many the convenience and ease of our online auctions is crucial to being able to participate, but for those that can travel, attending a live auction is lots of fun!
There are even some benefits to
being at the auction site. We all know
that no matter how good pictures may be, nothing beats the opportunity to
inspect an item up close and in person.
Another advantage is that if you come early, you will be able to attend
the public pre-inspection of the auction items.
This allows you to look the equipment and machinery over carefully. Also if you are unable to stay for the full
duration of the live auction, we can easily set you up to continue bidding from
an online location as Rabin’s live auctions are simultaneously on the Internet.
At the auction site, you will have
the chance to meet our team and perhaps even get some inside information on
items you are interested in bidding on.
In addition you will have the opportunity to meet new contacts and
network with others in your line of business.
You can also feel out your competition to get some idea of what you are
up against when it comes time to bid.
Being at the auction site can also
be helpful in figuring out how to move your new items. The Rabin team will be glad to answer
questions regarding the most efficient way to transport them and what size
truck you will need. Furthermore, we can
direct you to our experienced contacts that have the know-how to move heavy
equipment and machinery.
